For example, a character has the following stats:

Speed 11, which is in the range of 9–11 and has a chance to get 20% of all cats. Inventory 30, which is in the range of 20–30, has a chance to get 70% of all cats. Stemina 30, which is in the range of 20–30, has a chance of getting 70% of all cats. Maxlevel 06 is in the range of 20–30 and has a chance to get 70% of all cats. On average, this cat's power is 150.
